Vergelijkende discoursanalyse
Vergelijkende discoursanalyse onderzoekt hoe taal betekenis, identiteit en macht construeert door systematisch teksten of spraakhandelingen te contrasteren die afkomstig zijn uit ten minste twee verschillende contexten, groepen, tijdsperioden of instellingen. Door analytische categorieën constant te houden over de gevallen heen, onthult het hoe discursieve patronen uiteenlopen of convergeren, wat inzichten oplevert die discoursanalyse in één context niet kan genereren.
