ROUGH-TOPSIS (Rough-TOPSIS — Ruwe uitbreiding van TOPSIS) is een rangschikkende multi-criteria besluitvormingsmethode (MCDM) geïntroduceerd door Song, W. Ming, X. Wu, Z. in 2013. Het transformeert een beslissingsmatrix van alternatieven gescoord op meerdere criteria in een gestructureerd, reproduceerbaar resultaat.
