CRISPR-screenanalyse

CRISPR-screenanalyse verwerkt data van gepoolde genetische screenings met CRISPR-Cas9 om genen te identificeren die vereist zijn voor celgroei, overleving of fenotype onder specifieke omstandigheden. Deze computationele pijplijn, ontwikkeld door Zhang, Sanjana en anderen, transformeert sequentie-uitvoer van gids-RNA-abundanties in gerangschikte lijsten van functionele genen.
