A/B tests (tiešsaistes kontrolēti eksperimenti)
A/B tests ir randomizēti kontrolēti eksperimenti, kuros vienlaicīgi divām lietotāju grupām tiek piedāvāta kontroles versija (A) un testējamā versija (B), lai noteiktu, vai kāds izmērītais rezultāts būtiski atšķiras starp tām. Mūsdienu tiešsaistes kontrolēto eksperimentu sistēmu sistematizēja Rons Kohavi un kolēģi Microsoft agrīnajos 2000. gados, balstoties uz R. A.
