PHF-TOPSIS (Probabilistic Hesitant extension of TOPSIS) ir daudzkritēriju lēmumu pieņemšanas (MCDM) metodika, ko ieviesusi PENDING_LITERATURE_SEARCH. Tā pārvērš lēmumu matricu, kurā alternatīvas novērtētas pēc vairākiem kritērijiem, strukturētā, reproducējamā rezultātā.
