고관절 장애 및 골관절염 결과 점수(HOOS)는 고관절 골관절염 및 고관절 장애 환자의 통증, 증상, 기능 및 삶의 질을 평가하기 위해 개발된 환자 보고 결과 측정 도구입니다. 2003년 Nilsdotter와 동료들이 개발한 HOOS는 KOOS(무릎 손상 및 골관절염 결과 점수)의 구조와 유사하지만 고관절에 특화되어 있어 임상 시험 및 진료에서 고관절 골관절염 결과의 기준 표준이 됩니다.
