축 코딩 — 질적 연구에서의 관계적 범주 개발
축 코딩은 근거 이론 분석에서 개방 코딩 이후에 수행되는 두 번째 주요 분석 단계입니다. 1990년 Anselm Strauss와 Juliet Corbin이 소개한 이 기법은, 중심(축) 범주를 식별하고 이를 둘러싼 인과 조건, 맥락적 요인, 개입 조건, 행동-상호작용 전략 및 결과들을 지도화함으로써 개방 코딩 중에 생성된 수많은 개별 코드를 체계적으로 재검토하고 재구성하는 과정을 포함합니다. 목표는 단편적인 코드 목록에서 데이터 내 개념들이 어떻게 상호 연결되는지를 반영하는 일관된 관계 구조로 나아가는 것입니다.
