유세포 분석
유세포 분석(Flow cytometry)은 형광 표지자를 기반으로 개별 세포를 분석하고 분류하는 레이저 기반 기술이다. 1970년대 Leonard Herzenberg가 개발한 유세포 분석은 면역학 및 혈액학 분야에서 세포 표현형, 세포 집단에 대한 약물 효과, 치료용 세포 특성 분석을 신속하게 수행할 수 있게 한다.
