ABC 분석: 연간 사용 가치에 따른 재고 분류
ABC 분석은 연간 사용 가치(단위 비용 × 연간 수요량)에 따라 재고 품목을 A, B, C 세 가지 등급으로 나누는 수요-가치 세분화 기법입니다. 파레토 원칙에 기반하여 Silver, Pyke, Peterson(1998)이 재고 관리를 위해 체계화한 이 기법은 관리자가 총 재고 지출의 대부분을 차지하는 소수의 품목에 통제 자원을 집중하도록 안내합니다.
