SCOR 모델
공급망 운영 참조 모델(Supply Chain Operations Reference Model, SCOR)은 1996년 공급망 위원회(Supply Chain Council, 현재 APICS)가 개발한 공급망 관리 표준 프레임워크입니다. SCOR는 산업에 관계없이 조직 전반의 공급망 프로세스를 식별, 평가 및 개선하기 위한 구조화된 접근 방식을 제공하며, 계획(Plan), 소싱(Source), 제조(Make), 배송(Deliver), 반품(Return)을 통합하여 일관된 운영 모델을 구축합니다.
