Tract-Based Spatial Statistics
Tract-Based Spatial Statistics (TBSS)는 확산 MRI 데이터로부터 백질 미세구조의 그룹 간 차이를 탐지하기 위한 복셀 단위 분석 방법이다. 2006년 Stephen M. Smith와 동료들이 발표한 TBSS는 인구 집단 템플릿에서 파생된 백질 골격에 개별 FA 맵을 투영함으로써 복셀 단위 분석에 내재된 등록 및 다중 비교 문제를 해결한다.
