주위 외상 고통 척도 (PDI)
PDI는 외상 사건 중 또는 직후에 경험하는 정서적, 신체적, 인지적 고통을 평가하는 13개 문항의 자기 보고식 척도입니다. Brunet, Akerib, Birmes가 2001년에 개발한 이 척도는 만성 외상 후 스트레스 장애(PTSD)의 위험을 예측하는 급성 주위 외상 반응(해리, 공포, 혼란)을 포착합니다. 응급 의학, 군 의료 시스템, 외상 연구에서 급성 외상을 입은 고위험군 개인을 식별하는 데 널리 사용됩니다.
