Total Productive Maintenance
Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is a comprehensive maintenance management approach developed by Seiichi Nakajima in the late 1980s that emphasizes employee involvement, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement to maximize equipment effectiveness.
