다기관 증례 보고 — 기관 간 협력적 임상 기록
다기관 증례 보고는 둘 이상의 독립적인 의료 기관에서 관찰된 한 명 또는 아주 적은 수의 특이 환자를 설명하는 구조화된 임상 문서입니다. 여러 기관의 관찰 결과를 통합함으로써, 단일 기관에서는 특이 증상, 이상 반응 또는 새로운 치료 반응을 기록하는 데 방해가 되는 희귀성 장벽을 극복하여 단일 기관 보고보다 더 풍부하고 외부 타당도가 높은 설명을 제공합니다.
