생태독성학적 시험
생태독성학적 시험은 수생 및 육상 생물(어류, 무척추동물, 조류, 식물, 토양 동물)에 대한 화학 물질의 독성을 평가하기 위한 표준화된 실험실 및 현장 방법 모음입니다. 1970년대부터 규제 기관(OECD, EPA, EMEA)에서 개발한 이 시험은 통제된 조건 하에서 치사 농도(LC50, EC50)와 아치사적 종말점(성장, 번식, 행동)을 측정합니다. 생태독성학적 데이터는 화학 물질 위험 분류, 환경 위험 평가 및 신규 물질의 규제 승인을 지원합니다.
