스미스 차트

스미스 차트(Smith Chart)는 전송선로 상의 복소 임피던스와 반사 계수를 시각화하고 조작하기 위한 도구입니다. 1939년 필립 스미스(Phillip Smith)가 소개한 이 차트는 복소 반사 계수 평면을 원형 차트로 매핑하여 전송선로 문제, 임피던스 정합, 공진 조건에 대한 직관적인 그래프 분석을 가능하게 합니다. 컴퓨터의 등장에도 불구하고 스미스 차트는 전송선로 물리학을 이해하고 RF 회로를 설계하는 데 여전히 귀중한 도구입니다.
