패널 데이터의 개체 간 추정량
개체 간 추정량(Between Estimator)은 패널 데이터를 개별 단위의 시간 평균 관측치로 집계하고 이 그룹 평균에 최소제곱법(OLS)을 적용하여, 개체 간의 횡단면적 변동성만을 이용하여 회귀 계수를 식별하는 패널 데이터 회귀 기법입니다. 연구자들이 단기적인 단위 내 동학보다는 단위 간의 장기적 또는 구조적 차이에 관심을 가질 때 경제학, 사회학, 정치학 분야에서 사용됩니다.
