Temporomandibular Disorders (TMD) 연구 진단 기준 (RDC/TMD)은 턱관절, 저작 근육 및 관련 구조에 영향을 미치는 통증 및 기능 장애 그룹인 악안면 통증 장애(TMD)를 식별하고 분류하기 위한 포괄적이고 증거 기반의 진단 시스템입니다. 1992년 Schiffman과 동료들이 처음 개발했으며 2014년에 TMD 진단 기준(DC/TMD)으로 업데이트된 RDC/TMD는 연구 및 임상 실습에서 TMD 진단의 국제 표준입니다. 구조화된 환자 병력, 통증 설문지, 표준화된 임상 검사를 결합하여 근육 장애, 관절 내 장애 및 TMD와 관련된 두통을 신뢰성 있게 진단합니다.
