치주 탐침
치주 탐침(Periodontal probing)은 치주 질환을 진단하기 위해 치은 열구와 치주낭의 깊이를 측정하는 임상 평가 기술입니다. 20세기 중반 미국 치주학회(American Academy of Periodontology)에 의해 도입된 이 기술은 치주 건강 상태를 평가하는 데 여전히 표준으로 사용됩니다. 이 시술은 염증, 부착 상실 및 질병 진행을 식별하기 위해 임상 부착 수준과 치은 퇴축 깊이를 평가합니다.
