요약	Machine learning-augmented propensity score matching (ML-PSM) replaces the traditional logistic regression used to estimate propensity scores with flexible machine learning algorithms — such as gradient boosted trees, random forests, or LASSO — to better capture complex, nonlinear relationships among covariates.
