도박 장애 식별 검사 (PGSI)
PGSI(Problem Gambling Severity Index)는 문제 도박 심각도와 도박 장애 위험을 측정하는 9개 문항의 자기 보고식 설문지입니다. 2001년 Ferris와 Wynne이 캐나다 약물 사용 및 중독 센터(Canadian Centre on Substance Use and Addiction)를 위해 개발한 이 도구는 영어권 국가에서 도박 장애를 선별하는 데 가장 널리 사용되는 도구 중 하나입니다. PGSI는 도박 빈도, 통제력 상실, 부정적 결과, 도박으로 인한 피해를 평가합니다. 무료로 이용 가능하며 여러 언어로 번역되었습니다.
