DVT에 대한 Wells 점수
1994년 Wells 등(Wells et al.)이 개발한 Wells 점수는 환자를 심부정맥혈전증(DVT)의 낮은, 중간 또는 높은 사전 검사 확률로 분류하는 임상 예측 규칙입니다. 이는 7가지 임상 특징을 결합하여 진단 검사 결정을 안내하고 DVT가 의심되는 환자에서 불필요한 영상 검사를 줄입니다.
