階層型重み付き抽出
階層型重み付き抽出（Multi-level weighted sampling）は、確率ベースの調査設計であり、学生・教室・学校・学区といった階層的に入れ子になった母集団から標本を抽出し、各階層で設計重みを割り当てることで、不均等な選択確率を考慮します。結果として得られる重み付きデータは、抽出枠の複雑で非比例的な構造にもかかわらず、母集団レベルでの偏りのない推論を可能にします。これは、PISAやTIMSSのような主要な国際評価の基盤となっています。
