戦略的選択アプローチ
戦略的選択アプローチ（SCA）は、John FriendとAllen Hicklingによって開発された、対話型でワークショップベースの問題構造化手法であり、1987年に初めて発表され、2005年の決定版である『Planning Under Pressure』第3版で洗練された。SCAは、計画担当者とステークホルダーのグループが、不確実性下での相互に関連する意思決定を管理するのを支援する。これは、行動にコミットする前に、意思決定領域、選択肢の組み合わせ、および不確実性の源泉を明示的にマッピングすることによって行われる。
