Analisis ROC robust mengevaluasi akurasi diagnostik biomarker kontinu atau ordinal dalam membedakan antara dua kelompok (misalnya, sakit vs. sehat) sambil melindungi dari efek distorsi pencilan (outlier), non-normalitas, atau pelanggaran distribusi yang dapat membiaskan estimasi ROC parametrik standar dan interval kepercayaan AUC.
