ÖsszefoglalóMultiple case-based discourse analysis is a qualitative research design that applies systematic discourse analysis within each of two or more purposively selected cases, then compares the discursive patterns, themes, and power relations across those cases. It combines the replication logic of Yin's multiple case study methodology with the text- and talk-centred analytical tools of discourse analysis traditions such as critical discourse analysis or conversation analysis, enabling researchers to build comparative, theoretically grounded accounts of how language constructs social reality across different contexts.Case study research is a qualitative research design that investigates a specific phenomenon, individual, group, organisation, or event in depth within its real-world context. Systematised by Robert K. Yin in 1984, it supports single-case and multiple-case designs and draws on multiple data sources — interviews, observation, documents, and artefacts — to build a rich, contextualised account of a bounded unit.
