ATR-FTIR

Atentuirana spektroskopija ukupne unutarnje refleksije (ATR) Fourierova transformirana infracrvena (FTIR) spektroskopija je inačica konvencionalne FTIR koja mjeri apsorpciju infracrvenog zračenja putem ispitivanja evanescentnim valom uzoraka u izravnom dodiru s kristalom visokog indeksa loma. Razvijen od strane Harricka i Fahrenforta 1960-ih, ATR-FTIR je sada dominantan oblik FTIR spektroskopije, omogućujući brzu, nedestruktivnu karakterizaciju organskih spojeva, polimera, premaza i bioloških materijala bez opsežne pripreme uzoraka.
