Dizajn Chebyshevovog filtra

Chebyshevov filtar je filtar za obradu signala koji postiže oštriji odziv frekvencije odsijecanja nego Butterworthovi filtri dopuštajući kontrolirani valovitost u propusnom opsegu (Tip I) ili zapornom opsegu (Tip II). Razvijeni od strane Wilhelma Cauera i temeljeni na Chebyshevovim polinomima, ovi filtri se široko koriste kada je potreban strm prijelaz uz prihvatljivu valovitost amplitude.
