Analiza mrežne moždane mreže primjenjuje mrežnu znanost za razumijevanje moždane organizacije, tretirajući mozak kao složenu mrežu međusobno povezanih čvorova (regija) i rubova (veza). Formalizirana od strane Bullmorea i Spornsa 2009., grafička analiza otkriva temeljna organizacijska načela—modularnost, učinkovitost, otpornost—koja karakteriziraju zdrave i bolesne mozgove.
