Elektroizdvajanje

Elektroizdvajanje je elektrokemijski proces koji izdvaja i pročišćava metale iz razrijeđenih otopina dobivenih luženjem, propuštanjem električne struje kroz elektrolitičku ćeliju. Ioni metala migriraju na katodu (negativnu elektrodu) i reduciraju se u čisti metal, dok nečistoće ostaju u otopini. Ovaj je proces ključan za rafinaciju bakra, cinka, kobalta, nikla i zlata, proizvodeći metale iznimne čistoće.
