Segmentacija slivnog područja

Segmentacija slivnog područja (engl. Watershed Segmentation) je tehnika morfološke obrade slike koja automatski segmentira sliku u zasebne regije tretirajući intenzitet slike kao topografski krajolik gdje svaki objekt odgovara dolini. Uveden od strane Beuchera i Lantuéjoula 1979. godine, a usavršen od Meyera, algoritam slivnog područja posebno je učinkovit za razdvajanje dodirujućih ili preklapajućih objekata.
