| Sažetak≠ | The ITQOL is a generic parent-report instrument developed by Landgraf et al. in 1997 to measure health-related quality of life in infants and toddlers aged 2 months to 5 years. Addressing the developmental uniqueness of the very young, the ITQOL captures health-related functioning across domains relevant to early childhood: physical growth and development, respiratory functioning, sleep patterns, emotional security, parental time and emotional burden, and family social functioning. A 97-item full form and 47-item abbreviated form are available, enabling comprehensive or brief assessment depending on clinical context. | The PAQLQ is a 23-item self-report instrument developed by Juniper et al. in 1996 to measure quality of life in children aged 7–17 years with asthma. It assesses how asthma and its treatment affect daily functioning, emotions, and activity levels. The instrument has become the gold standard for evaluating asthma-specific health-related quality of life in pediatric populations. | The PedsQL Diabetes Module is a 28-item disease-specific instrument developed by Varni et al. in 2003 to measure quality of life in children and adolescents with type 1 and type 2 diabetes. It captures the impact of diabetes management, glucose monitoring, and disease-related worry on daily functioning. The module is paired with the PedsQL Generic Core Scales, enabling both disease-specific and general health-related quality of life assessment. |
