מבחן מקנמר (McNemar's test) הוא מבחן השערות לא-פרמטרי המשווה שתי פרופורציות בינאריות מזווגות (מתואמות), כגון מדידת כן/לא שנלקחה מאותם נבדקים לפני ואחרי התערבות. הוא הוצג על ידי קווין מקנמר (Quinn McNemar) בשנת 1947 ופועל על טבלת 2×2 של תוצאות מתואמות.
