מבחן וילקוקסון לדירוג סימנים הוא החלופה הלא-פרמטרית למבחן t למדגמים מזווגים, המשווה שתי מדידות קשורות על אותם נבדקים כדי לקבוע אם ההבדל הטיפוסי ביניהן הוא אפס. הוא הוצג על ידי פרנק וילקוקסון בשנת 1945 ופועל על נתונים רציפים או אורדינליים ללא הנחת נורמליות.
