רשת קונבולוציה (CNN) מפוקחת באופן חלש היא רשת קונבולוציה שאומנה באמצעות אנוטציות חלקיות, גסות או רועשות במקום תוויות מדויקות ברמת הפיקסל או תיבה תוחמת. תוויות חלשות טיפוסיות כוללות תגיות סיווג ברמת התמונה, אנוטציות חלקיות, או תוויות רועשות ממקורות המונים. המודל לומד לסווג ולעיתים קרובות לאתר אובייקטים באופן גס באמצעות אותות פיקוח זולים ואיכותיים פחות אלו.
