הערכת מדיניות הפרשים-בהפרשים
הערכת מדיניות הפרשים-בהפרשים (DiD) מיישמת את אומדן ההפרשים-בהפרשים באופן ספציפי להערכת ההשפעה הסיבתית של תוכניות ממשלתיות, תקנות או רפורמות מדיניות. היא משווה שינויים בתוצאות בקבוצה שנחשפה למדיניות לעומת קבוצה דומה שלא נחשפה, לפני ואחרי שהמדיניות נכנסה לתוקף, ובכך מבודדת את ההשפעה נטו של המדיניות ממגמות קיימות ומזעזועים משותפים לזמן.
