Résumé	The Picker Patient Experience Questionnaire is a comprehensive, validated instrument developed by the Picker Institute to measure the quality of the patient experience across multiple dimensions of healthcare delivery. Administered post-discharge or post-encounter, it assesses ten domains of patient-centered care: respect and dignity, information and communication, emotional support, involvement in decisions, continuity of care, coordination, access, physical comfort, emotional needs, and overall experience. The Picker questionnaire has become a standard measure in health systems internationally for evaluating and improving patient experience and has been used extensively in both inpatient and outpatient settings.	CollaboRATE is a three-item patient-reported outcome measure designed to assess shared decision making (SDM) quality in clinical consultations. Developed by Glyn Elwyn and colleagues in 2013, it measures the degree to which clinicians involve patients in decisions about their care through simple, actionable items that are easy to administer and interpret. The scale has become a standard benchmark for evaluating SDM implementation in healthcare systems.
