RésuméNonlinear System GMM extends the Generalized Method of Moments framework to estimate a system of structural equations in which the parameter vector enters the moment conditions nonlinearly. It jointly exploits moment restrictions across multiple equations, yielding efficiency gains over single-equation approaches when the equations share parameters or have correlated disturbances. The Panel Data Fixed Effects model estimates relationships from panel data (the same units observed over several time periods) while controlling for unit- and/or time-specific effects, supporting causal inference. It is developed as the within estimator in standard treatments such as Hsiao's Analysis of Panel Data (2014).
