Bayes'i risttabeli analüüs

Bayes'i risttabeli analüüs testib, kas kaks kategoorilist muutujat on seotud, arvutades Bayesi faktori, mis kvantifitseerib tõendeid assotsiatsioonimudeli kasuks sõltumatuse mudeli vastu. Erinevalt klassikalisest ki-ruut testimisest pakub see pidevat tõendite mõõdet, toetab otse nullhüpoteesi ja uueneb loomulikult eelneva teabega lahtrite tõenäosuste kohta.
