Etnografía Institucional Interpretativa
La etnografía institucional interpretativa (EII) es un diseño de investigación cualitativa que combina la etnografía institucional de Dorothy Smith —que mapea cómo los textos institucionales y las relaciones sociales coordinan la vida cotidiana— con una postura explícitamente interpretativa y centrada en el significado. En lugar de limitarse a describir las relaciones de dominio, el investigador pregunta qué significan esas relaciones para las personas inmersas en ellas y cómo los participantes interpretan activamente las demandas y los textos institucionales en su experiencia vivida.
