FUZZY-DELPHI (Fuzzy Delphi — Expert consensus with triangular fuzzy opinions and defuzzification) is a weight subjective multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) method introduced by Kaufmann, A., Gupta, M. M. in 1988. It turns a decision matrix of alternatives scored on multiple criteria into a structured, reproducible result.
