Intent Detection — Intent Classification

Intent detection er en opgave inden for naturlig sprogforståelse, der klassificerer formålet bag en brugerudtalelse — såsom at foretage en reservation, bede om information eller indgive en klage — i en af et sæt foruddefinerede hensigtsklasser. Det er en kernekomponent i NLU (Natural Language Understanding) for samtalebaserede grænseflader og systemer til automatisering af kundeservice, baseret på benchmarks fra Larson et al. (2019) og Casanueva et al. (2020).
