One-sample t-test

One-sample t-test er en parametrisk hypotesetest, der afgør, om middelværdien af en enkelt stikprøve afviger signifikant fra en kendt eller hypotetisk populationsværdi. Afledt af Student's (Gosset's) t-fordeling fra 1908, antager den kontinuerlige, approksimativt normalfordelte data og er en af de mest fundamentale tests inden for anvendt statistik.
