Bayesiansk Negativ Binomial Regression

Bayesiansk Negativ Binomial Regression modellerer ikke-negative heltals-tællingsudfald, der udviser overdispersion – hvor variansen overstiger middelværdien – ved at placere en negativ binomial likelihood på dataene og specificere prior-fordelinger over regressionskoefficienterne og dispersionsparameteren. Posterior inferens udføres typisk via Markov chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) eller variationelle metoder, hvilket giver fulde posterior-fordelinger snarere end punktestimater.
