HSQC

Heteronuklear Enkeltkvante Kohærens (HSQC) er en 2D NMR-teknik, der korrelerer kemiske skift for protoner og kulstof-13 (eller andre heteronukleider) via én-bindings koblingskonstanter (1JHX). Udviklet i starten af 1980'erne, blev HSQC hurtigt arbejdshesten inden for strukturel kemi, fordi den direkte kortlægger, hvilke kulstoffer der bærer hvilke protoner, hvilket giver et omfattende overblik over kulstofskelettets konnektivitet og substitutionsmønstre.
