NMR Spin-ekko

Spin-ekkoet er en fundamental pulssekvensteknik inden for kernemagnetisk resonans (NMR), introduceret af Erwin Hahn i 1950. Den anvender en 90-graders radiofrekvenspuls efterfulgt af en 180-graders omfokuserende puls for at skabe et ekko, der effektivt reverserer effekterne af inhomogeniteter i magnetfeltet og muliggør nøjagtig måling af spin-afslapningsegenskaber. Denne teknik er essentiel i moderne NMR-spektroskopi for både endimensionelle og multidimensionelle eksperimenter.
