Deterministisk Systemdynamik — Feedback-simulering med faste differentialligninger

Deterministisk Systemdynamik er den klassiske form for Systemdynamik, introduceret af Jay Forrester i 1961, som anvender faste (ikke-probabilistiske) ordinære differentialligninger til at simulere lager-og-strøm-strukturer og feedback-loops over tid. Alle modelparametre og relationer er specificeret som enkeltværdikonstanter eller deterministiske funktioner, hvilket resulterer i en enkelt bane for hver simulationskørsel. Den anvendes bredt inden for politikanalyse, forretningsstrategi, økologi og modellering af folkesundhed.
