Bayesiansk Systemdynamik (BSD) integrerer Bayesiansk statistisk inferens med kausale stock-and-flow simuleringsmodeller. Forhåndsviden om modelparametre opdateres ved hjælp af observerede tidsseriedata for at producere posteriorfordelinger, som derefter forplantes gennem simuleringen for at give sandsynlighedsbaserede prognoser og politikvurderinger snarere end enkeltstående deterministiske forløb.
