Bayesiansk Køsimulering kombinerer Bayesiansk statistisk inferens med stokastisk køsimulering for at modellere køsystemer under parameterusikkerhed. I stedet for at behandle ankomst- og servicehastigheder som faste kendte værdier, placerer den fordelinger over dem, opdaterer disse med observerede data for at opnå posteriorfordelinger og propagerer den resulterende parameterusikkerhed gennem gentagne simuleringskørsler for at producere probabilistiske forudsigelser af systemets ydelsesmålinger såsom kølængde, ventetid og serverudnyttelse.
