Grover's Algoritme

Grover's Algoritme er en kvantealgoritme til søgning i en usorteret database, der tilbyder en kvadratisk hastighedsforbedring i forhold til klassisk lineær søgning. Foreslået af Lov Grover i 1996 udnytter den kvantesuperposition og amplitudeamplifikation til at finde et målobjekt blandt N objekter i O(√N) forespørgsler, sammenlignet med det klassiske krav på O(N).
